Which areas respond — and how quickly

Forehead & Frown Lines

Expression lines deepen as collagen thins beneath them. Peptides rebuild the dermis here, softening lines naturally without the frozen effect of Botox — or the two can be used together for a more comprehensive result.

Cheeks & Mid-Face

Loss of collagen and fat here causes the cheeks to flatten and drop with age. Peptides help restore structural integrity to the skin itself, complementing any filler work and making results last longer.

Under Eyes & Crow's Feet

The most delicate area of the face and often first to show aging. Peptides thicken the thin skin here and reduce the hollowing and darkness that come as the area loses collagen and volume.

Lips, Jawline, Neck & Chest

Declining collagen and elasticity can contribute to lines around the mouth, reduced jawline definition and crepey skin across the neck and chest. Peptide-based treatments may improve overall firmness, suppleness and skin texture in these frequently overlooked areas.

What actually happens inside your skin?

Your skin is made up of layers. The outermost layer — the epidermis — is what you see. But skin quality, firmness, and aging are mostly determined by what happens in the dermis underneath, where collagen and elastin live.

In the dermis are cells called fibroblasts. Their job is to produce collagen. When you're young, fibroblasts are highly active. As you age, they slow down — partly because the peptide signals telling them to work get weaker.

Anti-aging peptide injections deliver those signals directly into the dermis. Collagen-stimulating peptides (like GHK-Cu and Matrixyl) bind to fibroblast receptors and essentially say: "produce more collagen." The fibroblasts respond. New collagen is built. Skin structure improves from within.

This is why peptide results look natural — because they are natural. You're not filling space with a gel. You're rebuilding the tissue that used to be there.

Anti-Aging Peptide Therapy

Restoring collagen, erasing lines, and turning back your skin's clock from the inside out.

Fillers add volume. Botox relaxes muscles. But neither of them tells your skin to start producing more collagen again. Anti-aging peptide therapy does something different — it works at a cellular level to restore the skin's own ability to renew itself, the way it did when you were younger.

Why not just use fillers or Botox?

Botox and fillers are excellent treatments — and we offer them at Eden Aesthetics too. But they do something very different from peptide therapy, and understanding the difference helps you make the right choice for your skin.

Botox relaxes specific muscles to soften expression lines. Fillers add volume to areas that have lost it. Neither one stimulates your skin to actually produce more collagen. Peptide therapy does.

For many of our patients, the best result comes from combining treatments — using peptides as the foundation for genuine skin quality improvement, with fillers or Botox for specific cosmetic corrections on top. Your doctor will help you work out what makes sense for your skin.

The skin concerns our patients come in with

If any of these sound familiar, anti-aging peptide therapy is almost certainly worth discussing.

"My skin looks dull and tired, even when I'm not"

Dull skin usually means sluggish cell turnover — old cells sitting on the surface instead of being replaced by fresh ones. Peptides that stimulate skin renewal (like GHK-Cu) speed up the natural exfoliation process and encourage new, brighter cells to surface faster. Most patients notice a change in radiance within the first few weeks.

"Fine lines and wrinkles are getting harder to ignore"

Fine lines form where the skin's collagen structure has broken down and the skin can no longer spring back. Collagen peptide injections rebuild that structure from the inside. The result isn't a frozen face or a filled look — it's skin that looks genuinely smoother because it has more structural integrity beneath the surface.

"My face looks like it's starting to sag and lose its shape"

Sagging is what happens when both collagen and elastin decline — the two proteins that give skin its firmness and snap. Peptide therapy addresses both, stimulating fibroblasts to produce more of each. Combined with treatments like Morpheus8 or Threads at Eden Aesthetics, the lifting and tightening effect is significant.

"My skin feels dry and thin — it's lost its thickness"

Skin genuinely gets thinner with age as the dermis loses volume. Hyaluronic acid peptides and growth factor peptides help restore the dermal layer — improving hydration from within the tissue rather than on the surface. The result is skin that feels more supple, looks plumper, and holds moisture much better.

"I have dark spots and uneven skin tone that won't shift"

Pigmentation and uneven tone are partly driven by sun damage and partly by reduced cell turnover with age. Melanin-regulating peptides (like Melanostatine) work to even out pigment production at the cellular level, while peptides that boost renewal help surface the fresher, more even-toned skin underneath.

"My neck and hands are aging faster than my face"

The neck and hands are often forgotten in anti-aging treatments — but they're just as responsive to peptide therapy as the face. Because the mechanism works wherever fibroblasts exist, collagen peptide programmes can be applied to any area where the skin has thinned, crepey or lost its firmness. Many of our patients treat all three areas together.

After 25, your collagen drops by about 1% every year
Collagen is what keeps skin firm, plump, and smooth. From our mid-20s, our bodies produce less of it every single year. By 40, you've lost roughly 15% of your skin's structural protein. By 50, up to 30%. This is why skin starts to sag, crease, and lose its glow — it's lost the scaffolding that held it up.

The real reason skin ages

1

Fillers and creams work around the problem — peptides fix it
Topical creams can't get deep enough to where collagen is made. Fillers physically fill spaces but don't stimulate new tissue. Botox relaxes muscles but doesn't affect skin quality. Anti-aging peptide therapy works differently — it sends signals directly to your skin cells, telling them to produce more collagen, renew faster, and repair damage. The improvement comes from within the skin, not on top of it.

Why most treatments don't fix it

2

Your skin already knows how to renew itself — it just needs reminding
Peptides are short chains of amino acids — the same building blocks your skin uses to make collagen and elastin. When injected at the right depth, they act as direct instructions to your fibroblast cells: "build more collagen here." The skin responds because these are the same signals it's been receiving its whole life — just getting quieter with age. We turn the signal back up.

What peptides actually do

What your peptide programme could include

Every programme at EDEN AESTHETICS Clinic is tailored to your skin. These are the most commonly requested areas — often combined in a single bespoke protocol.

✔ Full Face Rejuvenation - A comprehensive collagen peptide programme targeting the whole face — reducing fine lines, improving skin texture, restoring firmness, and bringing back the natural radiance that dulls with age. This is our most popular anti-aging peptide treatment.

✔ Neck & Décolletage Tightening - The neck and chest are often the first places age becomes visible — and the most neglected in treatment. Peptide injections in this area rebuild collagen in skin that has become crepey, loose, or lined, producing a firmer, smoother result that complements any face treatment.

✔ Under-Eye & Periorbital Renewal - The skin around the eyes is the thinnest on the face and often where aging shows first — dark circles, fine lines, and hollowing. Targeted peptide injections in this delicate area improve skin quality and thickness without the risk of migration or unnatural results associated with filler in this zone.

✔ Skin Glow & Radiance Programme (Whole Face) - Focused on cell renewal and luminosity rather than structural concerns — this programme is ideal for patients whose main complaint is dull, tired-looking skin.

✔ Pigmentation & Tone Correction (Face, Hands) -  For sun spots, uneven tone, and patchy pigmentation that's accumulated over years. Melanin-regulating peptides work to correct pigment production at the source, while renewal peptides help bring fresher, more even-toned skin to the surface.

✔ Bespoke Anti-Aging Protocol  - For patients with multiple concerns or specific skin goals, our doctors design a fully personalised peptide programme — combining anti-aging peptides with other treatments at the clinic into a single, coordinated plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Anti-aging peptide therapy uses selected peptide-based formulations to support specific skin-rejuvenation goals. Depending on the treatment, these may include improving hydration, texture, firmness and the appearance of fine lines. Your doctor will recommend a protocol based on your skin and the products legally available in Dubai.

  • Yes — in fact, combination approaches often give the best results. Peptide therapy works very well alongside Botox, fillers, Morpheus8, Endolift, and our other skin treatments at Eden Aesthetics. Your doctor will help you work out the right sequencing and spacing so everything works together rather than against each other.

  • Most patients see meaningful results with an initial course of 4–6 sessions, spaced one to two weeks apart. The exact number depends on your skin's current condition, your goals, and how you respond to the first few treatments. Your doctor will give you a clear recommendation after your initial consultation — not a generic package.

  • Because peptide therapy rebuilds your skin's own collagen — rather than adding a temporary substance — results are longer-lasting than many aesthetic treatments. Most patients see benefits for 6–12 months after a full programme. With seasonal maintenance sessions, the improvement is cumulative and continues to build year on year.

  • Most treatments — creams, lasers, fillers — work on the surface or add something to the skin. Peptide therapy is different because it changes what your skin does biologically. Instead of addressing how your skin looks, it addresses why it looks that way — and corrects the underlying process. Patients who've tried many things before are often our most surprised by the results.
